Fantasia Horse Show

The fantasia program consisted of different tribes competing in performing horsemanship, coordination, firing their carbines simultaneously all at a full gallop.  Some tribes only had a few horsemen, while others had up to ten.  It was free, it was fun and a great ending to our time in Morocco and Marrakech.

The next morning we were at the airport for our Royal Air Moroc flight from Marrakech to Casablanca which left at about 0630.  The flight to JFK left Casablanca at 1120.  We arrived in New York early.  We decided to stay in a hotel by JFK and leave the next morning to Tucson.  The first thing Kirsten wanted was a veggie burger.  We walked a few blocks and found a Burger King and when she ordered a DOUBLE veggie burger, she had the 2 burgers on one bun with the extra lettuce (from the second burger) on the side.  Kind of amusing.

Arrived back home in Tucson on April 17, 2005.
