Frank P. Fischer was born in 16 May 1900.  His parents were Joseph Fischer and Elizabeth Theobold.

In the 1910 census, Frank was 11 years old and born in Pennsylvania.  Both parents were born in Germany.  He lived with his parents and 7 siblings at 519 Prospect Ave., Scranton, Lackawanna, Pennsylvania.  He was attending school.

World War I Draft Registration Card, 12 Sep 1918:  Frank Fischer was born 16 May 1900.  He lived with his mother, Elizabeth Fischer, at 521 Prospect Ave., Scranton, Lackawanna, Pennsylvania.  He worked as an auto mechanic at Maccar Truck Company, Providence Rd., Scranton, Pennsylvania.  He was medium height and medium build.  He had brown eyes and brown hair.  There were no physical disabilities.

In the 1920 census, Frank was 19 years old and born in Pennsylvania.  Both parents were born in Germany.  He worked as a laborer on the railroad.  He lived with his parents and 5 siblings at 521 Prospect Ave., Scranton, Pennsylvania.

He died in 1954.  He was buried in St. Nicholas Cemetery, Shavertown, Pennsylvania.
